For the first time, WILDENGOLD arrives at our exhibition, a company that started in 2018, based on the need for international transport companies to have agile and efficient representation in our country.

The company is located in the Old City, just a few steps from the port of Montevideo, making it a very strategic point for foreign trade.

To find out more details, we spoke to Adriana Pérez, commercial and operational manager at WILDENGOLD.

What can you tell us about the work you do?

We work with a network of representatives at all borders, free zones and free ports to facilitate support for trucks, issuing documents and carrying out the necessary procedures for the release of each one of them, loaded and empty.

From our office, entry and exit operations are carried out to and from Uruguay, Chile, Paraguay, Brazil and Argentina, document issuance, associations, coordination of unloading and loading of each unit, procedures before the necessary Ministries (MTOP, MEF, CONSULATES, CUSTOMS, IMM, ANP, etc.).

We are in continuous contact with our customers to provide a quick response to their needs.

What can you tell us about the work team?

Our team of collaborators is specialized in transportation and logistics, and we have the support of a highly prestigious law firm in Uruguay, which provides us with comprehensive advice. This makes us the best option for foreign transportation companies.

We have a very close-knit team that is always ready to support, carrying out the daily task in the best possible way, with passion and dedication. We do our work with joy and always help each other because we all know the processes and can carry out any type of task that is planned.

What is the purpose of WILDENGOLD?

Our main objective is to promote continuous flow, avoiding delays of any nature during the journey or border, keeping our client constantly updated.

We are always committed to efficient service and the continuous growth of the office, supervising administrative processes and tasks, paying attention to every detail to provide the best service.

What makes WILDENGOLD different?

We have a highly trained team that gives us the opportunity to represent different companies that choose us for our experience in land transport and foreign trade. But they also choose us for the proposal and responsibility with which we conduct their procedures and representation in Uruguay.

We are in constant contact with the client; we are 100% operational, we always want to know what is required in our country to provide good advice, from loads, weights, authorized corridors, among other details. When a truck enters Uruguay, it is already 100% operational in our country, knowing all the details.

How has the freight payment setup impacted shipping to Argentina?

Law 20078, which leaves many Argentine companies with uncertainty and fear about continuing to work with Uruguay, thanks to our commitment and responsibility, we seek advice from our law firm and ensure that the flow between our representatives in Argentina and Uruguay is not cut off. In this way, the support we provide them is constant and agile, thus avoiding the definitive cessation of transit with Uruguay.

There were cases of representatives telling the companies they represented that they – directly – could no longer work. In our case, there was no increase in costs and everything continued normally in that market.

What news can you highlight about the company?

In difficult times we work hard to increase sales and we look for cargo for our representatives in Argentina, Chile, Paraguay and Brazil. With this part of the company we provide a global solution to the customer; we are qualified to advise you on various types of cargo.
