EXPOCARGA GREEN: CEGRU and EXPOCARGA 2025 promote sustainability in transport and logistics

Sustainability returns with a vengeance at EXPOCARGA 2025 through EXPOCARGA GREEN, an exclusive space created thanks to a strategic agreement with CEGRU (Chamber of Waste Management Companies of Uruguay). This alliance seeks to promote innovative solutions in energy efficiency, sustainable mobility and responsible waste management in the transport and logistics sector.

Sustainability will be a central focus at EXPOCARGA 2025 with the launch of EXPOCARGA GREEN, an exclusive space developed through a strategic agreement with CEGRU (Chamber of Waste Management Companies of Uruguay).

This alliance will increase the exchange of knowledge and the presentation of innovative solutions in sustainable mobility, energy efficiency and responsible waste management in transport and logistics.

CEGRU: A strategic ally for the circular economy

CEGRU is the country's leading organization in waste management and circular economy. It connects companies and organizations specialized in the collection, transportation, treatment and final disposal of waste. In addition, it is a national member of ISWA (International Solid Waste Association) and a founding partner of the LAC Regional Chapter (2019) and the Center of Excellence in Circular Economy and Climate Change for Latin America and the Caribbean - CECC LAC (2021).

CEGRU's participation in EXPOCARGA GREEN will guarantee the presence of experts in regulations, technologies and best practices in waste management and its integration into the transport sector.
