Todo Baterias has been operating in the country for seven years. Behind the firm is a name with a tradition in the sector. The company has been gaining a presence in the country, in departments such as Montevideo, Salto, Paysandú, Tacuarembó and Durazno.
At the brand’s stand we spoke with Stéfano Radesca, Director of Todo Batteries.
How did the company come about and what brands does it sell? The company was founded through a family split and was created to import batteries from the world's leading brands. We started with Inci Akü, a European battery, original equipment for Mercedes Benz, Fiat and Nissan, among other brands.
We also have NewMax batteries for all things renewable energy, and then we have American batteries, Trojan. At the same time, we have Marshall, a world-class electric vehicle manufacturer specializing in golf carts; products that we have marketed for a variety of uses.
What can you tell us about support? Support is a fundamental part of the company, it is one of the pillars. Fortunately, when selling such high-quality products, we do not have any problems in terms of complaints or guarantees, but when necessary we have to have an immediate response, there cannot be a single failure, we are working with top-quality products.
The knowledge we have about batteries in general is very good, so when there is any doubt or inconvenience, we are there to provide solutions as soon as possible.
